Dean Gardens

Dean Gardens in West Ealing is changing. As part of the West Ealing Liveable Neighbourhoods project, Ealing Council and TfL are undertaking ambitious improvements to the park, encouraging active travel and making the park a safer, greener, and more enjoyable space. Kinnear Landscape Architects and New Practice have been commissioned by Ealing Council to design and facilitate the transformation of Dean Gardens. Download our boards which present our initial findings and concept design options which we want your feedback on. We want the design of the park to be a collaboration with the people that will use it to ensure it is well loved and well used.

Take a look at the opportunities that have been identified for the area and have your say:

This drawing looks at the Pros and Cons of a community Kiosk in different locations. The positioning of this building will play an important role in the activation of the park and the way it functions as a community asset.

Local residents thoughts on the project are vital for us to create a space that can be enjoyed by all, let us know what you think by giving us feedback on our consultation.

Prototypes

To test some of the ideas being put forward in the West Ealing Liveable Neighbourhood bid to Transport for London Ealing Council are installing a number of prototypes across the neighbourhood. The objective of the prototypes is to demonstrate to the community some of the proposals and to promote this liveable neighbourhood initiative. To make these prototypes relevant they should also meet the aims of the project, namely to improve public realm and accessibility to increase the number of people walking, using public transport and cycling, to, from and through West Ealing.
